Work done under the Employment Agreement include consultations and writing letters only, unless noted in the Agreement.  Any additional work not listed in the original Employment Agreement must be negotiated under a separate Employment Agreement.  The retainer fees under the Employment Agreement are earned upon receipt.  Each Retainer Agreement expires 365 days, from the date of purchase.  All Employment Agreements must be in writing.
